Official Contest Rules: PRIZE The prize consists of $500 in gift cards for shopping at Oakbrook Center, a $75 gift card from Reel Club, a Lettuce Entertain You restaurant, and one double-occupancy hotel room for one night at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook hotel in DuPage County, Illinois. This prize is to be awarded by the DuPage Convention & Visitors Bureau (DCVB) and its members. The DCVB may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, solely at its discretion. Any taxes, duty or extra fees are the responsibility of the winner. HOW TO ENTER Entries must be submitted directly through the www.discoverdupage.com website. Entry into the contest is free. ELIGIBILITY Entrants must be residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older to be eligible. Employees of the DuPage Convention & Visitors Bureau, member businesses of the DCVB and their families do not qualify. Only one entry per person will be accepted. WINNER SELECTION One winner will be selected at random from all entries received before Midnight CST on October 1, 2008 through the DuPage Convention & Visitors Bureau website (www.discoverdupage.com). The winner will be notified by email. The winner must respond to the notification email within seven (7) calendar days. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. OTHER CONDITIONS By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the DuPage Convention & Visitors Bureau, its directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for and shall be held harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this giveaway. Entry to the contest constitutes permission to post the winner's name and hometown address for purposes of advertising without further compensation by the DuPage Convention & Visitors Bureau. The DuPage Convention & Visitors Bureau reserves the right to suspend or cancel the giveaway without notice to contest entrants.
